Evelyn opened her sausage kitchen in 1992 in the village of Wallacetown, Ontario before moving to its current location in Shedden, Ontario. All of Evelyn’s recipes have been tried and tested over three plus decades and attract repeat customers far and wide.

Before officially retiring in June 2023 Evelyn mentored the Harris boys by teaching them her recipes and techniques to carry on the great product offerings that customers have come to expect when they visit the shop. The Harris family is committed to carrying on the tradition of a local family run establishment offering the same products (and more) that the community has been accustomed to finding at Evelyn’s Sausage Kitchen.
